Friday will be the warmest day of the week, with a high of 87 degrees. However, windy conditions will continue with gusts as high as 25 mph.
South to southwest winds will increase to 15 to 20 knots over the waters today in Sebastian. Then north winds will increase to 20 to 25 knots this evening and overnight behind a cold front.
Saturday’s high will only be 72 degrees in Sebastian before warming up again on Sunday.

The National Weather Service (NWS) says a moderate risk of dangerous rip currents will continue at the Sebastian Inlet and the beaches.
“To reduce your risk of becoming caught in the seaward pull of a rip current, always swim within sight of a lifeguard, and never enter the ocean alone,” the agency said.

There’s a small craft advisory in effect from Friday evening through Saturday morning.
- Friday – Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet. A dominant period of 7 seconds. A moderate chop on the Intracoastal waters.
- Friday Night – Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming north 20 to 25 knots after midnight. Seas 4 to 6 feet with occasional seas to 7 feet. A dominant period of 5 seconds. Rough on the Intracoastal waters. Slight chance of showers in the evening.
- Saturday – Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet with occasional seas to 7 feet. A dominant period of 7 seconds. Choppy on the Intracoastal waters.
- Saturday Night – East winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 5 to 10 knots after midnight. Seas 4 to 6 feet with occasional seas to 7 feet. Choppy on the Intracoastal waters.
- Sunday – East winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet with occasional seas to 7 feet. A light chop on the Intracoastal waters. Slight chance of showers.
- Sunday Night – South winds 5 knots, becoming west after midnight. Seas 3 to 4 feet with occasional seas to 5 feet.
