Sebastian River High School (SRHS) will host its annual Homecoming Parade on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 6:00 PM. The parade will begin at the Capt. Robert G. Hardee Main Street boat ramp on Indian River Drive in Sebastian and proceed through the city. Streets will be closed starting at 4:30 PM.
Pep Rally and Marching Sharks Perform
Following the parade, a community pep rally will take place at Riverview Park. The award-winning Marching Sharks and Sebastian River Cheerleaders will perform. Tents will be set up at Riverview Park before and during the parade to showcase various SRHS programs. The Rotary Club of Sebastian will award prizes for the best parade float.
Grand Marshal: Dr. Holly Hamilton
Dr. Holly Hamilton will serve as the parade’s Grand Marshal. A longtime resident of Sebastian, Dr. Hamilton has been practicing dentistry at her Riverside Family Dental office since 2005. She is actively involved in the community and serves on several local organizations, including the Daughters of the American Revolution. Hamilton also hosts the annual Hunt for Hope Florida event, which raises funds for inflammatory breast cancer research through The IBC Network Foundation, Inc. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Riverview Park.

- October 3rd (Thursday): Powder Puff Game st Shark Stadium (6:00 PM)
- October 4th (Friday): Homecoming Game vs. Astronauts at Shark Stadium (7:00 PM)
