MICCO – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office received a call to a Barefoot Bay residence located in the 800 block of Wren Circle in Micco where two sisters were fighting.
Mary Margaret Armour, 55, was seen yelling and screaming obscenities outside the home.
“Mary was completely uncooperative, yelling and screaming obscenities, she then walked into the residence,” the deputy said.
The deputy asked both sisters to secure their dog inside the home, but then a physical altercation took place, according to the report.
“Mary jumped up and grabbed at [the victim] and began punching her repeatedly on the head and face area subsequently breaking her glasses,” the deputy reported.
Mary was arrested at the Barefoot Bay home and transported to the Brevard County Jail where she was charged with Battery Domestic Violence, and Criminal Mischief.
