Earl’s Hideaway Lounge, located at 1405 Indian River Drive in Sebastian, is up for sale for $7.2 million. The .79-acre riverfront property comes furnished with all the inventory and equipment.
“The simple explanation is that it’s time for me to retire and not be involved with the business world,” Earl’s Hideaway Lounge co-owner William Ballough told Sebastian Daily.
The sale includes all real estate, furniture, equipment, 4 COP L license (buyer has to qualify with the State). The kitchen has a new pizza oven, and many locals go to Earl’s for its pizza and live entertainment.
“It is a great place with plenty of history and local lore,” Ballough said.
According to the listing, the average annual sales are approximately $2,628,000.
Detailed financials are disclosed privately with the potential buyer and the selling principal.
Also, the owners ask that potential buyers not ask Earl’s employees about the sale as they won’t know the answers to any questions.
The current owners bought Earl’s Hideaway more than 20 years ago.
